LEO J. SPIRA
PRINCIPAL
Leo J. Spira is the visionary force behind The Spiral Group. Over the course of over 35 years, Leo has mastered the art of high-end, classical architecture design and has produced a plethora of exquisitely designed projects ranging in style from ultra-traditional to ultra-modern, and everything in between. As the firm’s principal, Leo has supervised the production of hundreds of sets of highly detailed drawings, with projects ranging from high-end residential and multiple dwelling to commercial and religious institutions.
Leo has proven to be extremely astute in reading each of his clients’ individual needs and design sensibilities and has successfully custom-tailored each of his hundreds of projects to satisfy the unique vision of its individual client. His masterful works can be found across the Tri-State area and beyond, including Long Island, South Jersey and Florida.
Leo received his Bachelor's Degree from The City University of NY, Queens College, and studied architecture and design at Parsons University
Ronald B. Cagan is a professional engineer by education, but has dedicated much of his career to the practice of architecture. As a partner in The Spiral Group for over 30 years, Ronny has been responsible for supervising and approving all projects which required Building Department filing and approvals. Aside from assuring the structural integrity of each of these projects, Ronny has invested much of his time communicating with the Building Department Commissioners and the individual examiners.
Ronny received his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from City University of NY and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of N.Y.

WILL D'BIANCO
SENIOR ARCHITECT
Will D'Bianco is an acclaimed architect with extensive technical and artistic expertise. His well-rounded portfolio boasts many beautiful and iconic projects in many fields, including high-end residential, commercial, healthcare, educational, hospitality, and retail. Will is highly skilled in navigating complex zoning regulations, including filing with the NYC Board of Standards and Appeals and the NYC Landmarks Commission, and in construction documentation and administration.

Will honed his skills as a Senior Project Manager at The Rockwell Group, a world famous, award winning, architecture/design firm, where he was in charge of supervising the design of many exquisite hotels, worldwide, and various high-rise buildings in the U.S. and South America. Many of his projects won prestigious awards and were published in esteemed industry-related publications.
Will received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Central University in South America and a Mechanical Engineering degree from NYC College of Technology.
Rina joined Spiral in 2022 and currently retains the position of Project Manager. She received her B.Arch degree from City College of NY and is working towards her lincensure. Rina has proven herself to excel in architectural and interior design, graphic and media design and detailed AutoCAD drafting. Her superb communication and leadership skills has made her an invaluable addition to the Spiral team.
